Tim Hall

Tim Hall is a member manager of BlackHawk Networks, LLC. He has been with BlackHawk Networks since the company was founded in September, 2006. Mr. Hall provides leadership, financial governance and industry expertise.

After graduating from college in 1966, Mr. Hall worked as a Landman for Tidewater Oil Company, New Orleans, LA. From 1970-1975, he owned and operated Bowie Floral & Greenhouse, Bowie, TX. From 1975 to present, he has owned and operated multiple businesses in the oil and gas industry. In 1975 he became CEO/President of Energy Service Company, Bowie TX. Energy Service Company provides workover and well services in North Texas and Fort Worth basin. Mr. Hall is currently the CEO and has built Energy Service Company to be the largest employer in Bowie and employs over 250 personnel.

In 1994 he became the CEO/President of Tim Hall Inc., Bowie, TX, which provides water well drilling and services in North Texas and Fort Worth basin. Mr. Hall is the current CEO.

Mr. Hall has owned additional businesses, including oil exploration and oil well servicing companies. Mr. Hall has extensive business and management experience in the oil and gas industry and provides unparalleled leadership to BlackHawk Networks.

Mr. Hall served in the United States Marine Corps in 1970 as a MOS Ground Officer/Infantry - Rifle Platoon Commander, Vietnam. From 1967-1968 He was a Series Commander & Company Commander – Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, CA. In 1970, Mr. Hall was released from active duty – Highest rank attained – Captain.

Mr. Hall is a 1966 graduate of the University of Texas, Austin with a bachelors degree in Petroleum Land Management. Mr. Hall was born in Bowie, Texas. He is married and has two children, one daughter and a son.

 

Homer Hershey

Homer Hershey is the senior advisor of BlackHawk Networks, LLC. since 1Q 2007. Additionally, he is Chairman of the Board of Main Energy, Inc., an exploration and production company in Houston.  He previously worked for Shell Oil Company and then in 1978, joined Mitchell Energy & Development Corporation as President of MND Drilling Corporation and Sr. Vice President of Mitchell Energy.
Prior to his 18 years of service with Shell, Homer served as an engineering officer in the U.S. Army during the Berlin Crisis and the Cuban Missile Crisis.  He was a distinguished military graduate at Texas A&M University where he received degrees in Petroleum and Geological Engineering.  He has been inducted into the University’s Academy of Distinguished Graduates.
Mr. Hershey has served as a Director of Sundowner Offshore Services and was instrumental in negotiating the merger with Nabors Industries (NBR).  He has served on the board of Spindletop International for over 15 years.  He was Vice Chairman of Finance of the Offshore Energy Center where he was appointed chairman in 2000.  Homer was the President of the International Oilmen’s Golf Association and has served on the board for over 15 years. 
His professional memberships include the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the International Association of Drilling Contractors.  He served on the general committee of the American Petroleum Institute and had done so for over 15 years.
Homer and his wife Patricia reside in Ruidoso, New Mexico and in Houston, Texas while actively participating in community activities and maintaining the Homer and Pat Hershey Endowment Opportunity Award Scholarship Fund which has given more than 95 scholarships to aspiring students.

 

Matt Kyle

Matthew David Kyle is a member manager of BlackHawk Networks, LLC.

He has been with BlackHawk Networks since the company was founded in September, 2006. Mr. Kyle leads the company in strategy, people and operations.

Before joining BlackHawk Networks, Mr. Kyle founded three companies. One company was sold in 1996. The other two are still in operation. From 2000-2005, Mr. Kyle worked for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as an implementation consultant on large-scale telecom projects transforming carriers’ operations support systems. He has been involved in leading implementations of carrier class and enterprise-wide provisioning, inventory, financial and OSS systems, such as JD Edwards, PeopleSoft and Granite. While attending the University of San Francisco, Mr. Kyle worked full-time as a financial analyst for Point West Capital. He was responsible in structuring financings for start-ups, mergers, acquisitions and private loans.

While attending the University of Texas, Dallas, Mr. Kyle owned and operated a landscape company and managed 5 employees.

Mr. Kyle is a 1993 graduate of the University of Texas, Dallas with a bachelors degree in Economics and Finance. Mr. Kyle is a 2000 graduate of the University of San Francisco with a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Telecommunications. In 1999 he attended the Monterrey Institute of International Studies, Monterrey CA. and Taipei Language Institute, Taipei Taiwan, where he studied Mandarin Chinese. Language level - Proficient

Mr. Kyle was born in Santa Barbara, California. He is single and enjoys spending time with his sister and two nieces.

Mike Ramsey

Michael A. Ramsey, 43, is a member manager of BlackHawk Networks, LLC.

Mr. Ramsey has been with BlackHawk Networks since 1Q 2007. Mr. Ramsey provides technical expertise in manufacturing, infrastructure and networks.

Since inception, Mr. Ramsey has been responsible for the prototyping, testing, and initial manufacturing of the Aegis 3D system as well as developing and deploying the company’s network support infrastructure. In addition, Mr. Ramsey’s responsibilities extend into daily management of the organizations Data Center and Network Operations Center.

Before joining BlackHawk Networks, Mr. Ramsey’s last 20 years have been spent serving a number of field operations and management positions with Beechcraft / Raytheon, McCaw Cellular, AT&T Wireless, AirTouch Communications, and Verizon Wireless with the most recent being Vice President of Network Operations for American Messaging. Mr. Ramsey’s extensive knowledge of wireline & wireless networks provides significant support for BlackHawk Networks local / regional / global networks.

Mr. Ramsey, born in Wichita, KS, attended Wichita State University, Wichita Technical Institute, and the University of Phoenix obtaining a diploma in Electronics Technology and pursuing a BS in Information Technology. Mr. Ramsey is married with 2 children and resides in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro area where he is active in his local church and community.

Greig Latham

Greig S. Latham, PE, 49, is a member manager of BlackHawk Networks, LLC. Mr. Latham has been with BlackHawk Networks since 1Q 2007. Mr. Latham has provided engineering architectural, design and support services for the company.

Prior to joining BlackHawk Networks, Mr. Latham founded two engineering and one manufacturing firm. After selling one firm in 1993, he remains involved in the other two. Mr. Latham designed one of the early pump-off controllers for the oil patch in the late 1980s. He has been involved with large scale SCADA systems, industrial networks, database management systems and control systems since 1982. For the past several years Mr. Latham has worked with large scale, public transportation, light rail, SCADA systems throughout the United States.

Mr. Latham is a Texas state licensed Professional Engineer, a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers as well as various other professional organizations. Mr. Latham routinely consults as a forensic engineer and is an expert witness in forensic engineering.

Mr. Latham holds two Untied States patents in the plastics production industry. He is an instrument-rated private pilot and has held United States security clearances.

Mr. Latham was born in Denton, TX and is a Distinguished Military Graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. He twice served as an armor (main battle tank) company commander. He is married to his wife of 25 years and has two sons in the fightin’ Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets.

 

Pat Latham

Joel Pat Latham is a member manager of BlackHawk Networks, LLC. He has been with BlackHawk Networks since the company was founded in September, 2006. Mr. Latham provides leadership and consulting.

As a young man, Mr. Latham had extensive experience in the oil field industry where he began working in his families business as a vacuum truck operator, oil field tank truck driver and bulldozer operator at age 13. While attending college, he worked summers as an oil field rough neck on the floors and the derrick.

After graduating from college, Mr. Latham worked in the wholesale building materials industry. He later owned and operated eleven businesses in several states. He has owned a private investment, real estate, sales, leasing and residential building company. He has owned a world aircraft sales company. He has been a name at Lloyds of London for 20 years. Currently he is the owner of a large independent insurance company representing 150 companies. His travels have carried him to 58 countries. With his extensive business and management experience, Mr. Latham provides valuable leadership to BlackHawk Networks.

Mr. Latham is a 1963 graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor degree in Business Administration. While attending Texas A&M University, Mr. Latham played football on a full scholarship.

Mr. Latham was born in Weatherford, Texas. He is married to his wife of 43 years and they have three children, two daughters and a son, and five grandchildren.
